About me
I help organizations move from fragmented, manual operations to integrated digital ecosystems. My work spans enterprise platform architecture, data strategy, AI integration, embedded systems, and IT infrastructure modernization.
My track record is built on delivering results where it matters most. I turned a manual HR reporting process into a Power BI dashboard that became the national standard across all Pertamina refineries. During the Balongan refinery crisis, I built the entire IT and data infrastructure for the emergency response operation in days. I have led instrumentation design for a Rp2.8 billion LPDP-funded national research project, directed autonomous drone integration for defense applications at Indo-Defence 2024, and now architect the digital backbone of Pertamina Foundation.
What differentiates me is range with depth. I operate across enterprise software, cloud-hybrid infrastructure, data platforms, industrial embedded systems, and compliance frameworks, and I deliver across all of them with the same standard of quality. Whether the stakeholder is an executive committee, a field operations team, or an engineering department, I align technology decisions with organizational objectives.

Aplikasi perencanaan mutasi pekerja yang memvisualisasikan rantai penggantian posisi secara interaktif. Mendukung impor data dari Excel, pencarian posisi dan pekerja, deteksi otomatis promosi/demosi, dan ekspor hasil ke Excel.
CobaESG AHP Questionnaire Platform
Developed a custom web-based AHP questionnaire system to collect and calculate weighted ESG priorities from respondents, enabling data-driven decision-making for organizational sustainability initiatives. The system calculates consistency ratios in real time, produces weighted priority matrices, and exports results for executive review.
Human Capital Executive Dashboard
Developed a Human Capital Dashboard incorporating KPIs and HC metrics across all Pertamina refinery units in Indonesia. Officially launched by the Vice President of Human Capital, the dashboard provided executives with data-driven insights for strategic workforce management and decision-making.
WhatsApp Chatbot: Covid Ranger
Designed and developed the WhatsApp Chat Bot application from the ground up, creating a Covid-19 information center and exit permit system for Bumi Patra Residence. Enabled residents to request exit permits directly via WhatsApp, with permits subject to approval by supervisors. Successfully scaled to accommodate more than 3,000 residents, managing around 700 daily WhatsApp conversations.

Independent R&D facility for rapid hardware prototyping and embedded system development. Produces functional prototypes for automation, control, and IoT applications using custom PCB design, 3D printing, CNC routing, and precision laser fabrication.

Stormworks: Build and Rescue
Building fully autonomous vehicles from scratch: ships, helicopters, planes, and trains. Each requires real programming logic, sensor integration, and control systems. The same engineering mindset I use at work, applied in a sandbox with no limits.
Factorio
Designing and scaling production systems with supply chain optimization, throughput analysis, and continuous improvement loops. It is, in essence, industrial process engineering disguised as a game.
What draws me to these isn't relaxation. It's the same drive that fuels my work: give me a complex system to design, constraints to work within, and a problem worth solving. My hobby is thinking, and I do it continuously.

Wintergatan Wednesday is a documentary series where Martin Molin builds an impossibly ambitious musical marble machine from scratch, with mechanical engineering, music, and craftsmanship converging into one project. As someone who studied mechatronics, the technical depth alone pulled me in. But what kept me watching, week after week, was something deeper.
Martin fails constantly, and openly. Parts break, designs prove unworkable, entire subsystems get scrapped after months of effort. Yet he never surrenders. Every failure becomes a lesson, every setback feeds the next iteration. He shows up every Wednesday with the same hunger to learn, to refine, to push forward. That relentless cycle of building, failing, improving, and building again captured in beautifully cinematic detail, is the most honest portrayal of engineering I have ever seen.
It mirrors how I approach my own work: continuous improvement is not a methodology, it is a mindset. The willingness to iterate, to treat failure as fuel rather than defeat, and to stay committed to a long-term vision even when the path is unclear.
